The Association of the Holy Family is a group of Christian families, approved by the Holy See, which through the consecration to the Holy Family, Jesus, Mary and Joseph, intends to be a community of disciples, witnesses and apostles of Nazareth.
FORMULA OF CONSECRATION
OF A MEMBER
Heavenly Father,
I give you thanks for having called me
through Jesus to be your son/daughter.
You will that your Son, in becoming man,
should be born into a human family.
Through the Holy Family
you sanctified the love of the spouses,
and proposed Jesus, Mary and Joseph
as a model of family.
I, (name)
consecrate to you my life for one year
so as to better model the lifestyle that Jesus
together with Mary and Joseph,
chose to live in Nazareth.
I ask you to accept this offering
and to have me contemplate the mystery of Nazareth,
witnessing its love to other families,
within this fellowship of life, prayer and service
shared by all members consecrated to you.
May Jesus, Mary and Joseph help me.
