Called forth by the Spirit of God in the Church, and thus in the world, his life message bears repeating in our times, for it deeply touches the human family in its very roots as the basic cell of society and as the "miniature" church of the home: in the mystery of Nazareth, especially in the human Family of God- Jesus, Mary and Joseph-Father Manyanet intuited, by his own gift from the Spirit, the full human potential for lasting renewal of the human family and the home. For herein he discerned, within the redemptive plan of God for humankind, not only the human family's identity, what it is, but also its mission, what it can and should do. It is in Nazareth that the human family comes through lived faith and grace to uncover the full meaning of its call to love and the service of life.
